To ensure consistency and quality across our platform, please follow these marketing guidelines when publishing your offerings.

1.     Photo Approval

All photos uploaded must be high-quality and representative of the actual offerings.

Ensure that photos are well-lit, in focus, and accurately portray the accommodations, experiences, attractions, or events.

Avoid using stock photos unless explicitly allowed and properly licensed.

We reserve the right to review and approve or request changes to photos for quality and accuracy.

2.     Content Accuracy

Double-check all details, including pricing, availability, dates, and descriptions to ensure accuracy.

Use accurate and up-to-date information when creating and updating listings.

Clearly state any limitations, restrictions, or conditions associated with your offerings.

3.     Spelling and Grammar

Use correct English (Australian) spelling, grammar, and punctuation in all descriptions and titles.

Proofread your content to eliminate errors and improve readability.

Avoid excessive use of capitalisation, special characters, or emojis.

4.     Descriptive Content

Write compelling and informative descriptions for your accommodations, experiences, attractions, or events.

Highlight unique features, amenities, or experiences that set your offerings apart.

Use engaging language to entice potential customers while maintaining honesty.

We reserve the right to edit descriptions for spelling, grammar, readability and customer focus.

5.     Transparency

Clearly state any additional fees, taxes, or charges that may apply to bookings.

Provide accurate information about cancellation policies and refund procedures.

Be transparent about any requirements or prerequisites for booking.

6.     Imagery Guidelines

Avoid using watermarked images or images with logos of other businesses.

Ensure that photos are free from offensive or inappropriate content.

Highlight the key aspects of your offerings through imagery where possible.

7.     Consistency

Maintain a consistent branding and style across your listings to enhance recognition.

Use our approved logo and branding elements where applicable.

Ensure that your content aligns with our website's overall theme and design.

8.     Timely Updates

Keep your listings updated with current availability, pricing, and other relevant information.

Remove or mark as "unavailable" any listings that are no longer valid.

9.     Customer Engagement

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance your reputation and our platform's reputation.

10.  Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property

Do not use copyrighted materials (images, text, etc.) without proper authorisation and attribution.

Respect intellectual property rights and trademarks when creating content.

Whilst we value your partnership and are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers, failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the removal of your listings from our platform.
